This radiator is new construction. Does not included the after coolers mounted on the right and left sides of the radiator. There is a 9 week lead time on this assembly. Upon arrival to the job site a pressure test is conducted to provide proof of no damage due to shipping or defects. Tested at 7 psi for 10 minutes. Once bolted in place and secured to the frame a third test is conducted
